Definetly not inspired by Street Fighter or similar  fighting games…

Note that he game is a submission to a german game jam called "MrLuchs Winter Wettbewerb 2024/2025". I will probably work on this game even after the jam too since my game is not an identical clone of Street Fighter. It will stay for free like my other game(s) :)

Controls

Player 1:

A / D Walk left and right

A / D + Left Shift Sprint left and right

Jump

SPACE Melee Attack

 Left Control Range Attack


Player 2:

Left / Right Arrows  Walk left and right

Left / Right Arrows + Right Shift Sprint left and right

Up Arrow Jump

ENTER / RETURN Melee Attack

Right Control Range Attack


Tutorial (for below average Gamers)

In the menu, you and your friend can decide between 4 different weapons to fight in the arena as well as how many rounds you would like to play.

Then the fight begins in the arena and beware of the deep water! The green bar over each player shows their health and the blue bar below their stamina. When sprinting, you deplete stamina and you have to wait for it to regenerate. Range attacks can only be used if the stamina is full and it will instantly reset it to 0!  The range attack damage of a weapon is always more than the melee damage of that weapon. Range attacks can not be blocked by a melee attack, only by using your own range attack or just trying to avoid the energy blast.The one with the most won games wins.
